Work experience:

I have a worked in Infosys as a Systems Engineer for a period of 25 months.

I was trained in the stream of Business Intelligence and got my first project from an American retail company in Data Integration.

Roles and responsibilities in project:

1.      Performed development, debugging, performance tuning and testing in ETL Data Integration tool -Talend

2.      Scheduled, monitored and managed Jobs in web-based administration application TAC and Tidal

3.      Spearheaded Incident Management and Change Management procedures for Data Integration tasks

My journey to NITIE

 Hi everyone,

NITIE is not a household name like IIT's and NIT's. But the people who do know the name, know its value. The first time I came to know about NITIE was from my friend in Infosys.

First Try (2019):

After securing a good score in GATE 2019, the first shortlist was from NITIE. I went through the details given by them, went through previous year interview experiences, GD details etc. from internet and prepared to a good extent. 

Guest Lecture by Nikhil Kulkarni

 

Nikhil Kulkarni worked in the consulting firm KPMG for more than a decade before he started his company  tech darwin (www.techdarwin.com) which acts as a tool for Holiday Itinerary  planning and budgeting software.

He took a lecture about Business Communication in Consulting and Business branding.

Key points discussed about business communication in Consulting:

• In entry level, consultant will be given the task of making proposals
• Lot of in-person communication occurs between client and consultant
• Report is an outcome of your work - which answers 

MahaMandi 2020 - Vocal for Local

Happy 74th Independence Day everyone

This is my first year in NITIE, a prestigious public management institute located in Powai near Vihar Lake in Mumbai. Our college has a great tradition of involving students in various activities which helps them to develop as a person and professional. One such unique activity conducted is Maha Mandi, conducted by Marketing Interest Group(MIG), where Participants sell educational toys from our partner NGOs engaged in upliftment of underprivileged women and children.
